From the time I received a qoute to pick up return items, Roger was e mailing me and within an hour the driver turned up. My return was made the same day, photos sent to me how it was placed in the van on their own in order for them not to get damaged. Rodger was superb - called at 1530 to see if they could get 7 boxes urgently collected from Dundee to take to Fedex Edinburgh Airport (Fedex had failed to collect a customers boxes! Plus they were moving out of the property that day and about to head on a flight home to Greece that night, so needed someone to collect their goods URGENTLY!!!). Collected at 1615 and delivered at 1745! Kept in the loop the whole time, Rodger went the extra mile and made sure the customer was ready with the collection for a fast hand over and made sure someone was available at Fedex to take boxes. 5 star service.
